“The house is as beautiful as all the pictures, if not better. It was spotless and absolutely beautiful! And Leen was an amazing host. She walked you through everything and even though she has a 6 hour time difference from the home she is readily available to help with any questions and also has people close by if there is a need (which of course there wasn’t!). My family and I had an amazing time while there! Definitely stay here! You won’t be disappointed!!!”

“This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.”

“The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!”

“We stay at short term rentals like those on VRBO many times, what can set a place apart when it meets expectations as advertised is communications and the responsiveness of the owner/manager. No place can be perfect all the time and we did have a couple minor issues crop up during our stay however, why I highly recommend this place was the ease in reaching, and quick action of the owner to take care of them Which is all you can ask and not always the case at some properties. If the occasion……

“We had a fantastic time with our family in this stylish home. Quick hour and a half drive from Manhattan which made it the perfect getaway, very spacious (we had a large group), beautiful interiors and a great outdoor fire pit which we enjoyed plenty! Cooked great meals in their well stocked kitchen. The property is close to several cute towns for easy day trips. Would highly recommend this home and hope we can come back soon!”

“We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again.”

“It was a very nice property with wildlife so regular we joked about them being paid actors, in a nice walkable neighborhood. If it had been a bit warmer inside, it would have been perfect (we visited early February, but not during a blizzard)! Hosts were fairly prompt when contacted, and very gracious.”
