“Met expectations. Host provided selections teas coffee, milk and bread.
The flat was clean and tidy.
The flat was in a good location, opposite a train station.
Only annoyance was the standing water in shower which didn’t drain well.
Definitely would stay again.”

“Fantastic stopover on trip down south . Recently refurbished with great food and exceptional staff.
Room was a tad small however this was balanced with cleanliness and really nice toiletries.
The food was freshly cooked quickly served and a great range of options.

“Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom
The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available
Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved.
Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are……

“Car park was full in the evening so had to park in a lay-by nearby. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. We were in a top floor room with a very low ceiling that could do with some padding on the corners as it was a safety hazard.”
