“The location was spectacularly close to some of the main cultural sites of Évora. All were easily walkable, usually within minutes, and that included restaurants, as well as historical sites. The absolute best thing about the hotel were the staff. Flawlessly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were handled with aplomb. I’d never seen a 10.0 rating before. They certainly met that standard for me.”

“A lovely unique hotel with delightful service. We were staying there during the blackout and the staff put together food and brought in to all the rooms along with candles and battery lamps. The staff worked so hard to make us comfortable and kept us updated on the power outage. Their kindness was very much appreciated. Would stay there again and again. ”

“The establishment is clean and well kept. I stayed for one night. There are 6 beds in each room and there is a little cabinet by each bed where you can store a back pack. I appreciate that they try to spread the guests over multiple rooms when they are not overbooked, so even though there were several guests staying, I shared the room with only one other person. “This is a really nice property in Évora, with walking distance to the main attractions, some nice restaurants around as well as a small grocery store where you can get breakfast. They have a swimming pool which is money in Evora hot days. Recommended!”
