“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received……

“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“We loved our stay in Weggis! The house was huge, roomy and very clean. Stephen met us at arrival and departure. He gave us great recommendations on several hikes to do. My favorite was at Mt. Rigi half way up, an old train bed trail so it was flat but had some incredible views and I loved hearing all of the cow bells ringing the wole way! We loved our stay and would definately come back!!!”

“Lovely stay at the end of 8 weeks of travel.
Easy walk to the lake and parks, 15 minutes to the old town, minimarket 100m away, on the local bus route, modern laundry in basement, new lift and room appliances. All in all a very pleasant stay in a quiet street. Special thanks to the staff for their assistance, friendliness and useful tips on eateries etc.”

"酒店前台十分有善及有禮，也近景點花橋及老城區，離火車站也不遠。酒店房間整潔乾淨，雪櫃內的飲料及小食全是免費。早餐也算不錯，隔離就是室內停車場，酒店可享八五折優惠，但是需要通知前台換票。酒店提供免費WiFi ,可以在琉森整個城區使用。沿岸有很多美味的意大利餐廳，下次也會入住。"
