Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.”

“Great location and Mark and Richard were very welcoming . Mark gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit near by. Room very comfortable, great that parking was free across the road in the car park as we were guests. A nice touch. If we come to Littlehampton again would stay here again.”

“Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place. At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the……

“I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was perfect. It was very comfortable and all of the staff I met were really great. The evening meal was delicious, as was the freshly made full fried breakfast. So much better in every way to the Premier Inns that I normally stay in for work. And….its on the beach so the best end to my long drive was having a beer looking at the sea. I don’t know if I’m going to be back down that way again, but if I am will definitely stay at this hotel.”

Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful.”
