「Nice stay and friendly staff. You cannot order food if you arrive after 8:30pm and there is no laundry service if you stay for a long time. Overall very good and beds comfortable. Rooms vary and there is no facility to set the temperature if the room is cold. I can recommend for convenience and the breakfast is excellent.」

「Some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time was provided by the friendly and helpful host. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place for an authentic UK atmosphere. We loved the environment and can’t wait to see the vision of the remodel work. We’ll definitely be visiting again! Located in a small town with friendly locals.」

「Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever」

We were visiting for a family wedding so we didn't get to spend much time in the hotel, but we...

「Lovely rural location, a couple of miles from a small village with nice restaurants and shops. Close to Bewl Water.」

「Great stay here - we arrived around 20:00 on a horrible stormy Saturday and were greeted and checked in cheerfully and quickly. Room was small but had everything we needed. We had dinner in the pub and that was a genuinely lovely, I'd go back here again just for a meal. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. There's a few games and things in the bar, and they came in very handy when there was a brief power cut (it was Boelo, it was very windy). Emma quickly handed out candles for...
