“Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day……

“Very happy with apartment and location in town centre. Could do with some serving dishes in the kitchen. Management especially good, very good communications. ”

“We had such a lovely stay - the hosts were accommodating and friendly and the property was cosy, homely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the autumn mornings, which felt like a sanctuary - listening to the birds and enjoying the plants and trees. The gas fire in the living room was warming in the evenings. Beds were comfy, space was clean and it's a lovely location up on a hill, an enjoyable 15-20 minute ramble into Hastings Old Town.”

“The property had an abundance of convenience for our short trip to the lovely and charming area of Deal. From an easy access to through preparation and instructions by the host, we enjoyed a quick journey to all the golf courses we were playing and had choices abound for dinner. It is centrally located around groceries, a bank and restaurants. Meticulous inside and well equipped for travelers passing through. Will definitely keep in mind when a return trip to the area happens in the future! ”

“The location is indeed perfect! A 15-minute-walk down to the town on one side, the nature reserve on the other, nature at your doorstep, a beautiful view down to the sea from your terrace. We spent a wonderful week! The apartment has everything you need and is really cozy. Joan is a perfect host.”

“The apartment was spacious, elegant, relaxing, well-equipped and very convenient. The host was very responsive, helpful and communicated really well. Even though it was cold outside the living room was very warm and toasty. We had no trouble with parking right outside on the road. The bedrooms were huge and lovely to have two en-suites, with very nice toiletries provided. Although we didn’t use it as it was Winter, the patio area was private and attractive. It was easy to walk into Deal with its……
