“The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was very large with the 2 full size bedrooms and bathrooms. The space was decorated very sparse but tasteful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. It was also a very secure building with easy access for guests. The only down side is there is no parking garage but there was free parking on the street vs valet overall I would give it 10/10 It’s in a great location which made getting into downtown super easy!”

“I enjoyed the room and would stay here again. I only had one issue and that was the lack of cable TV. I like to watch news shows and some network television. The room only allowed streaming.”

“very nice room impressed with the design, layout and size, bed was unfortunately terribly uncomfortable, some safety concerns with property gates/doors being unlocked for long periods at a time. minor confusion on parking with sign stating needing to register plate but no note made of that in the parking instructions. ”

“This hotel is a true gem and conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The addition of a kitchenette in the room was something I didn’t even know I needed but came in handy. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Nashville should consider staying at Studio 154.”

“Pros: Location was great, very easy-to-access unit, the kitchen had everything needed. Cons: No toilet seat, nowhere to hang towels, shower design poorly where water drained all over floor.”

“Great price and location 17 blocks from main downtown fourth and Broadway strip. Free parking and easy access electronically to the gate and main door. Very nicely appointed and clean. ”

“This hotel truly felt luxurious. Very small, so few people coming and going. I loved the earplugs on the nightstands, the water/ice machine in the little lobby, the many options for coffee pods, and the electric blackout shades. Very clean!! I didn't love the bed-- it was too soft for me. I also didn't love that our room was on the ground floor, with our door IN the lobby. Anytime someone entered or exited the building, it was steps from our door. Thankfully the sound barrier was pretty good,……

“This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street……

“Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. ”

“The property was nice. We enjoyed staying here, although we had issues with the HVAC the first night (it was really hot!). And there were ants all over the floor in the kitchen the 2nd night. Overall, we liked the apartment and the location. ”
