「酒站服务超赞！我们一行8间房，因二楼房间刚刚装修通风不利，进房间时有些味道，与酒店联系后他们积极协调空风，在没在其它房间可以调换的情况下，同意折价回馈。感觉服务真的很到位！」

「Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The house smelled of dog and or cat pee the entire time we were there. Area rugs in the living room and entry way had multiple stains on them from dogs or cats peeing on them. The area under the rugs has never been cleaned. One of the beds had what appeared to be pee stains on it. Dishes in the cabinet that were suppose to be clean had dry food on them. Pans were dirty. 「The room was nice but I had a hard time getting into the room (144) due to a poor working door handle. It was almost 2 in the morning and it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. Other than that the room was clean the beds were comfortable. 」

「When we got there to check in we were greeted the manager gave us an upgrade but when we got to the upgraded room we seen the lamp shade was broken I then tried turning on the heater that didn’t stay on later I was packing my clothes into the drawer and one of thw knobs on the dresser drawer was broken as well honestly my last stay at this motel a better experience then this stay I hope they know this was a room they should never rent out to anyone ever again til it’s fixed everything else was...
