“If you are in Cleveland for an event at the Rocket arena or the baseball stadium there is no better place to stay than at this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the show. The property is very secure and you need a key card to access everything. Take advantage of the parking pass, because traffic and parking is a nightmare. Colin was a good sport helping me with my many questions, the most important thing to do is read the directions before you arrive so you know to pick up the key and parking……

“A very nice modern hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable. The highlight of the hotel for us was the top floor Lift bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had a good stay.”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful! Parking was average even with the bike rally that was going on and the rib cook off up in the harbor the hotel was full. Breakfast was Plain Jane nothing spectacular. Could definitely tell the hotel needed an update! The first room we were checked into stunk so bad we had to move. We later found out that it was apparently the air conditioner? Again the staff was extremely helpful! We were immediately moved to another room.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Rooms and beds view of the lake was exquisite grounds well maintained well kept could have provided more than just two packets of coffee per room and if you're looking for a continental free breakfast, we did not find that. Everything else was awesome”
