Host was quick and responsive to anything that we needed. It also was a rather quiet stay too without too much noise from the streets or other people in the building. Super clean, bright, and spacious, with such a comfortable vibe.The location was perfect…close to so many great restaurants, bars, and an easy walk to central downtown. We didn’t need the car at all!Check-in was a breeze, and anytime I had a question, I got a quick and helpful response. 「I brought my sister to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and we stayed for 3 days. The apartment was perfect! I looked everywhere for a bathtub and found one here. The location was within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants downtown. We ended up walking everywhere. It was wonderful to see what a beautiful city Cleveland is. We plan to return and stay here again. 10 stars!!!」

「The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and...

「I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....
