“The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. Communication with the manager was very efficient and friendly. If I could improve on one thing it would be the shower. The water pressure was low , which I understand is not always something an owner can control , but the hot water was barely adequate. Maybe a larger water heater ? Overall though , I still give it 5 stars. Will definately be back. ”

“Loved just about everything about the place! The house felt like home. Super comfy couch and loveseat. Played pool all day with my son. The hot tub was wonderful. The host was easy to communicate with. I would suggest the mattress in the master bed get swapped out as it was rough to sleep on. Besides that this place is going to be our to to for getaways we loved it.”

“Great stay, straight forward easy check in, clean very spacious and they even provide streaming services for guest, had many recreational activities and things to do on the property, close to Athens with may things to do in a peaceful charming little town and state parks were gorgeous , trains in the back were very quiet and cool to see passing through, hot tub was nice very peaceful area, perfect for relaxing hard and playing hard.”

“The website pictures are not updated. They must be from years ago because it is not as "nice" as it looks. Both houses need a serious deep clean! I clean residential & businesses & these homes are sub par. Thick cobwebs in the B house by the kitchen. Maintenance is needed to up date & fix shelves, kitchen counters etc to just look decent. The houses were not cleaned! The room I stayed in was not even swept! There was evidence of the last group that stayed. In the main house, the bathroim had……

“The place had everything we wanted.....the hot tub was welcomed too! We had hoped that the ap to find espn would have been easier....but we called the host maintenance man who sent someone over to sign us in! They were very nice and the pace was very clean and homey. It was a very nice stay....we hope to do this again!!”

“Very clean and tidy rooms, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Also, provided additional blankets under the beds. Nice large screen TV that my family and I used to see a couple movies and for me to watch NFL playoffs. Although not used since it was winter time, we would have used the firepit and grill! Easy to get inside and felt secure using the provided access code. Good communication from the host. Loved the bear wood carving! Very well priced too. Recommended.”

“My girlfriend group of four stayed as we were participating in the Mammoth March. The home was a bit challenging to find and the cell service is spotty but it was indeed a relaxing refuge following a grueling 20 mile hike! They had a well appointed kitchen, lots of towels and the air conditioning worked nicely! The hot tub was absolutely a dream after the hike! ”
