Horrible Host

Reserved our stay 2 weeks in advance. Being that I owned a very successful property with Evolve, I contacted the host thru txt message the morning we got on the road as to ensure ETA. Get there at 11:00pm only to find out our code to get in the apartment was wrong. Host did not respond to txt messages or phone calls until 3:30am. By that time we had to get a hotel at the Renaisance downtown Atlanta. Pulling up to the back of the apartment there are several abandon cars and the parking area is literally right next to the woodline which needs to be cleared. In the process of getting a refund. Ruined our whole trip! Definitely would NOT recommend this property or its host!
