Welcome to Beautiful Modern condo situated close to Mercer University, CDC, Emory Northside, Emory Decatur, Emory Midtown, entertainment and restaurants. Very close to Publix and shopping center for shopping convenience. The location is a dream! 1 minute drive to access I285 and I85 to quickly get you to your destination.

This is a modern 2 bed 1.5 bath condo that is FULLY FURNISHED with washer and dryer included. All appliances are BRAND NEW. Waterfall quartz countertops give it a Lavish look. All NEW windows and doors. Recessed lighting. 65 tv in living room. 50 inch TVs in each bedroom. Out of the wall faucets. Extra deep bathtub. Barn doors for bathrooms. Brick accent wall in dining room for a true city living feel. Brick patio that leads to a lush green neighborhood courtyard with fountain. Bi-weekly cleaning for a fee if requested.

Great location. Great host. The only downside: dirty sheets were left by the dryer & clothes were left in the washer. Otherwise, great rental.

Family Trip

This property was beautiful, in a safe area, and close to most attractions in the Atlanta area. It was a very clean, well-appointed property. They had some food staples in the pantry and fridge which was unexpected. Everything you need to cook was there, as well as pillows, blankets and clean sheets. Beds were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The only complaint we had was that the jets on the jetted tub didn't work. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay! Would come again
