Great place

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed being there. They allow and welcome pets so that was a plus. The pool and sitting area is so comfortable.

Just wow! For the price through Travelocity this was a STEAL. It was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, I got in earlier than expected and they let me check in early with no problems the staff was great. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Me and my family stayed here for the first time, and we loved it! Really clean, friendly and multilingual staff, great for families, and the breakfast was amazing! Fridge works, Ac works, coffee machine works, everything works! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and will do so again in the future.

I had a great experience

This hotel offered me everything I needed during my trip. Staying at the residence inn is one of my favorite hotels because the room feels like you’re staying in a nice condo. While the breakfast is a continental style service, the food actually tastes good. My sister, nephew, and niece also enjoyed the food. Overall, this one is at the top of my list.

The customer service rep at the front was so sweet! Me and bae went on a stay-cation for valentine's day cause we didn’t fell comfortable going in a plane rn and decided to stay here. It was so nice. The room was not super clean because it seemed like the last couple had a lot of fun and some spots were missed on the couch. The rest of the room and the property itself was clean though. The woman who checked us in was so sweet.

Everything is great! A home away from home! Staff are friendly. Maria is really warm and helpful. It’s a pity i failed to extend my stay due to the full booking. I always choose residence inn or homewoods for my travel, this perimeter one is the best. Will stay here again.

Kitchen and separation of beds and living area. The facet in bath was busted and there was a motor to open the drapes that made an occasional loud noise that were not repaired. People were very nice and friendly and good breakfast.

First time in Atlanta, this Marriott was a great choice. I stayed here for 2 weeks and would definitely could have stayed here longer if I needed to. It was located in area that was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was great, laundry facilities were well maintained, there was a 24hr gym that had great machines available. Perimeter mall, gas station and Publix close by. There were also some restaurants in the same parking lot that were walking distance. The highway was also very close, making trips easy. The staff was also very courteous, John and Wendy were a few names that I could remember that made the stay very homey. The kitchen staff ladies and cleaning crew were also very sweet and accommodating. My only complaint would be that on the weekends the parking lot gets full since it’s shared with the other 2 restaurants. Had to make sure to be at back at the hotel by 7pm or else I wouldn’t have found any parking, spots didn’t start becoming available until after the restaurants were closed around 10pm. I was worried about my vehicle since I heard about so many incidents of people’s cars getting broken into at other hotel parking lots but thankfully that never happened at my stay here and I personally didn't see any other cars that had any incidents. Overall I give this hotel a solid 9/10, would definitely stay here again.

Residence Stay

Juan and Oamel were amazing! However, the floors kept flooding. We did advise the front desk each time but it seems that every time we took a shower the floor would flood. Other than that we had a great time!
