We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. “The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.”

“Rooms have been renovated but the staples need updated also. Tried to iron an outfit and the iron spilled water all over. Needed blow dryer and it was broken (they did bring a new one). Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable but the AC seemed to only allow a certain setting at night. Was warmer than we liked. Staff was friendly at front desk but seemed confused at some questions. I’m assuming because they are just back from renovations. Pool closed still under renovation so was a bummer.……
