Summary:
A restored hillside bach with sea views, generous outdoor areas, and a simple, relaxed layout ideal for couples or families wanting easy living close to Onetangi.
The Space:
Belle View by Stay Waiheke has a calm, beachy feel, with elevated outlooks and outdoor spaces designed for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. The deck has both dining and seating areas, and the large lawn wraps around the home, giving plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to spread out in the sun.
Inside, the upper level is the heart of the home. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area has good natural light and a wood burner for cooler months. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this level, keeping everything close and easy for small groups.
The third bedroom is located on the lower level with its own ensuite and private external entrance. It’s a practical setup for families travelling with grandparents, older teens, or couples wanting a bit of separation. An outdoor shower adds convenience after beach days, and the home includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
