「Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. 」

「A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly.」

「A brilliant cottage perfect for what we wanted very modern, clean, private, felt like home! It was really nice to get back to the cottage after a long day of walking and site seeing. Really easy to find using a sat nav and no trouble with the country roads or conditions of the roads to get there as seen in another review so don’t let that put you off booking! Nice little bonus of milk and cookies on arrival which was great as we arrived quite late without supplies so could still have a cuppa...

I was contacted to arrange check in and the host was very welcoming and informative. Very spacious en suite room as well for the price, with tea and coffee and a smart TV as well. Thank you」
