The house was dirty and looked like no one cleaned before we stayed. There were dishes in the dishwasher that smelled like someone died and the dishwasher did not work, the closets and under each sink were not cleaned at all. I tried addressing these problems to which he asked for pictures. Then I supplied pictures and he said nothing. I'd never stay in this house again. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and wouldn't have even sent a bad review if he just acknowledged the problems and apologized

Disappointing

Not well-maintained-old and falling apart. No book or instructions on anything including smart thermostat. No coffee filters, coffee, paper towels, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for whole house. Pantry completely empty and no laundry soap if we needed washer/dryer. Wallpaper hanging off hall bath and master shower curtain stained and no liner. Sliding door lock not work. Leaves in backyard piled high. No vacuum. Only nice touch was fireplace.Host unresponsive to questions first day. Definitely way overpriced.
