Walk to Austins favorite Restaurants and coffee shops on South Lamar and South 1st street, take a 5 minute Uber to downtown nightlife and activities.
THE SPACE: Formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bar stools at the island perfect for gathering around the kitchen. 65in Smart TV with a sleep sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed and the other with a queen, both have their own restrooms.
The backyard is perfect for relaxing under the sun during the day and the string lights light up the night.
Great for Family and friends coming into Austin looking to be centerally located for SXSW.
