Great getaway!

Overall it was an amazing stay for a quick family getaway!! It was super easy to check in and communicate with the host. Recommend it if you’re looking for a weekend trip

We recently rented this bungalow at Lake Travis and were very disappointed. The property was not clean when we arrived — dusty surfaces, dirty floors, and an unpleasant smell. The water pressure was so low that we couldn’t even take a proper shower during our stay. Several beds were broken and unstable, making sleeping uncomfortable.We immediately contacted the owner, who promised to send someone to fix the water issue, but no one ever showed up, and nothing was resolved. Overall, the place was poorly maintained and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the owner makes serious improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness.

Great bungalow

Loved this adorable little bungalow! Family of 6 with kids 12, 12, 13 and 15. We all had the best time at Volente and loved the convenience of walking across the street to relax. Kara was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Connor at Billy’s was very hospitable as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Not what I expected

The house was pretty clean, but did not feel like the online listing was accurate. Cons:The water was very low pressure in the kitchen, very salty and too salty to rinse your mouth for teeth brushing, the shower drain would clog while you were using it so it didn’t feel like we were getting clean enough and the bathroom sink clogged very quickly every time we washed our hands or brushed our teeth. The toilet is also quite small. The rug and furniture was a little worn and wobbly. Pros: being near the water park was awesome and it was so great that the passes were included with the stay. There was plenty of towels and pillows which is great because we are a family of 6. I do think they did a good job cleaning it and it was not dirty.
