Property smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. The smell was pretty unbearable all weekend. Felt like even the pillows smelled like cigs when we were trying to go to bed. Shower was in poor condition.

Our first condo smelled like smoke and was very dirty. Communication was great and they were able to switch us in the same complex after one night. We were happy with our second location. The apartments over all are a little rundown and old. They’ve done their best with what they have. But I would not book again. The overall feeling of both apartments is has a rundown vibe. The pictures are deceiving and do not represent how they are in person.

We were there for a short visit. The accommodations were cute and perfect for the two of us Suggestions 1. Provide location of apartment. Wandered around a bit trying to find. Did not indicate side 2. Apartment could have been cleaner. Trash on floor in kitchen. No sheet on the bed. Only fitted and coverlet. Bed was very comfortable 3. Please fix bathtub facet. Slow leak. Took Two showers. Did not wash hair and sink clogged. Woke up to dripping noises. I wrapped a towel around the facet to muffle water falling Nice location. Very quiet. Would recommend

I am new to the Austin area and this location was a great place to stay at while I found my new home. Super close to campus and the capital and in a great neighborhood. The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly. Great trip!
