"I booked for 2 nights entered the room I had no TV went to front desk was told I could not be replaced in another room. Called guest relations and filed a complaint about the room and no amenities towels , soap , toilet paper etc . Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good . I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure "

"My daughter and I checked in late after traveling for her two-day volleyball tournament, expecting a basic and functional hotel stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room and lack of available staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival, our room did not have basic necessities that should be standard in any hotel room. There were no towels, no hand soap, and the bed was made with only sheets and no blanket or comforter. I immediately went to the front desk to request towels and a blanket, only to find that the front desk had already been closed and locked for the night. A note stated that staff would not return until the following morning. Since no one was available to assist, I emailed the address provided for issues and concerns that same evening and have still not received a response. As a result, we were unable to shower after my daughter had spent the entire day competing in her volleyball tournament, and we had to use blankets from my car in order to sleep. I understand that not all hotels offer the same amenities, but towels, hand soap, and adequate bedding are basic necessities that guests should reasonably expect with any reservation. At a minimum, a hotel stay should provide the ability to shower and sleep comfortably, and this stay did not meet even those most basic expectations."

"Absolutely wonderful! Everything is beautiful and clean. Great attentive staff. Welcoming to everyone. Good people everywhere. Been staying here the past 30 years and have loved this place from day one:) pool area is very nice and clean, courtyard is beautiful especially at night, rooms are updated and clean with smart tvs, toiletries are even good. The food at the restaurant is very good and the price for this place and all it has to offer is the BEST "

"Staff was friendly & polite, and the public parts of the hotel were clean. Check in/check out was quick & easy. Our room was poor/average-definitely in need of some upkeep. The shower rod brackets were barely hanging in the wall, and the curved shower rod spun in the brackets to the point it hung low & the shower curtain would slide to the middle of the rod. The bathroom was clean & spacious. There were several questionable stains on the carpet in our room. The beds were very squeaky, and the pillows flattened quickly. The lights, tv, fridge, outlets, HVAC all worked. We had a nice desk with a lamp. Linens were soft & clean 🙂 Our double queen bed room was stocked with 2 bath towels (no hand towels and no washcloths) and when I requested a hand towel from the front desk I was told they had no hand towels or washcloths, & was given 2 more bath towels. The walls were pretty thin-or noise carries throughout the hotel. We heard people in the hall knocking on doors & arguing loudly in the middle of the night & early morning. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. We did not use the pool or gym. We’ve stayed at Country Inn & Suites before, and none have been in such dire need of general upkeep as this one. If you need an inexpensive quick stop hotel, this will be just fine 🙂 If you’re looking for anything more than that, keep looking. "

"The water that came out of the faucet in the bathroom was brown and rusty. My wife and mother-in-law couldn’t even brush their teeth. I have a picture of the water. I spent $400 to have my wife have rusty water in the sink and in the shower. Come on!!!!"
