The Speyside Way can be accessed directly from the cottage, while Dalraddy Holiday Park is around a 10-minute walk away. Aviemore's shops, cafés and restaurants are only a short drive away.

Hillview Cottage sits between the beautiful Kinrara and Alvie Estates, around 3 miles south of Aviemore and 2 miles north of Kincraig.
It feels wonderfully rural, with views towards the Monadhliath Mountains and countryside all around, yet you're only a few minutes from some of the best-known places and activities in the Cairngorms National Park.
The Speyside Way can be accessed directly from the cottage, opening up miles of walking and cycling through Strathspey. This makes Hillview a particularly good base for walkers, cyclists and dog owners who want to explore without getting in the car first.
Dalraddy Holiday Park is around a 10-minute walk away and can be reached either through the woods or along the road. Alvie Estate is right on the doorstep too, with walking and cycling trails alongside a fantastic choice of outdoor activities.

Reclaimed maple flooring, panelled walls and muted colours run throughout the cottage, while the living room centres around a wood-burning stove, perfect for gathering around after a day outdoors. The spacious kitchen and dining area has plenty of room for long breakfasts, family dinners and evenings spent around the table.
Upstairs, the little snug is one of Hillview's quieter corners. Tucked away from the main living spaces, it's a lovely spot to curl up with a book, find a little time to yourself, or settle in for a game of cards or a board game.
The dark, characterful bathroom, with its roll-top bath and walk-in shower, is particularly inviting after a long walk, bike ride or day on the mountain.

The garden Hillview Cottage has a beautiful, secluded and fully enclosed and dog friendly, it has a generous lawn with plenty of space for children and dogs, as well as a deck for outdoor dining and a fire pit for cooler evenings.
The garden backs onto the surrounding countryside and is regularly visited by local wildlife, including birds and red squirrels. Large windows from the kitchen and dining area look directly into the garden, keeping the house connected to the outdoors throughout the year.
There is a small cabin at the top of the garden which belongs to the owners and is not included with the cottage.
