Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Aviemore Train Station bus stop" 950 m. Slopes 16 km. Nearby attractions: Cairngorm National Park, Highland Wildlife Park 15 km, Inverness 48 km, Landmark Forest Adventure Park 9 km, Highland Folk Museum 27 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cairngorm Mountain 18 km, Lecht Ski Centre 54 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Morlich 15 km, Loch Garten 14 km, Loch Ness 69 km. Please note: car recommended.
    3-room chalet 45 m2. Open living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and bath/shower/WC. 1 small room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill). Shower/WC. Heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only EN. Smoke alarm.

An 11 year old static caravan that is very tired. The carpet had a number of dirty marks; the patio doors had the hand prints of previous occupants; the TV did not work, Sony TV but LG remote!; the fridge and oven temperature controls do not work, the oven is just on high no matter what number selected and the fridge is near to freezing temperature even when set to minimum! I could go on!It is in a good location and the site itself is fine with a lovely riverside setting. When it came to leave we stripped the bed and found the duvet heavily stained, not by us I can confirm. This was our final accommodation after a three week tour. At 187 per night it was also by far the most expensive!! By no means value for money. There is no wifi either!!!
