House condition

Location fantastic. House set up fair. Main level on 3rd floor which is exhausting. Carpet all ripped. Appliances appear bought at dollar store. Needs some work.

We had the best time and couldn’t of found a better place to stay.

Summer Wind was in the perfect location. It was within walking distance to so many different places. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful views, cold hot tub, warm nights.

The property is in a great location with beautiful views! Unfortunately, the hot tub would not warm up! We aren't big into that so it wasn't a huge problem. The only frustration we had was the air conditioning. It was set on 72 during the day and at night, it fluctuated. You could turn it down to 70 for 2 hours and then there were times it would go up to 75 at night... The warm temperatures caused us to wake and we would have to adjust the thermostat again. It would not go lower than 70 and would only hold there for 2 hours. The temperature fluctuation made restful sleeping difficult.

Summer wind

It was a great place to stay for a family setting, all rooms equipped with bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It could have been much cleaner, under the beds were items from the previous renters, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and overall could have been given a bit more attention. Other than that the bathrooms seemed clean and everyone enjoyed their stay.
