Loved our stay!

1st time to the OBX, and we were not disappointed! The house was perfect for a big family. 6 kids and 2 adults, and plenty of space and bathrooms. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was not well maintained.

Primary refrigerator was defective. Ice maker leaked water that froze into solid ice in freezer and refrigerator. Sliding glass doors on top level leaked water when it rained. Propane tank for outside grill was empty. One of the bedrooms was locked for 2 nights. Room was not cleaned once unlocked. Had to buy ice every day as ice maker was broken, had to replace propane tank upon arrival. Property manager said they would credit me for the ice and propane.
