Nice place- good location

The house was great, amazing views! Good location close to shops and grocery store. Rooms were spacious and nice. Pool table and arcade were great additions to the place.

Excellent!

Perfect location, wonderful house. We loved spending mornings on the deck drinking coffee and watching the dolphins, afternoons on the beach, and evenings in the comfortable great room. Beautiful stargazing in the deck at night too! The first floor smelled a little musty and the first level deck was a bit dark and dingy to use (we went down there just to store our beach gear and use the grill.) Half the jets on the hot tub weren’t working but we still enjoyed it, we thought they were supposed to come clean it mid-week (it needed it) but they never came so I didn’t use it again after Wednesday. We had some issues with the WiFi and property management sent someone right over to fix it. I was impressed with the speed of the response and I’m sure they would have sent someone right out had I requested help with any of the other issues. They weren’t a big enough problem for me to even bother though. Overall we had an absolutely amazing time and LOVED the house. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location and Layout, But Our Stay Was Disrupted by Ongoing Issues

We stayed from April 26 to May 3 and were really looking forward to a relaxing beach vacation. While the size and layout of the home were perfect for our large family, and the views were truly spectacular, our stay was unfortunately disrupted by repeated maintenance issues and interruptions.The refrigerator never worked properly, resulting in lost food and multiple service visits throughout the week, including during mealtimes. Despite receiving two different loaner units, the issue was never resolved. We also dealt with other problems: broken door locks, a torn screen, dirty and missing kitchen items, and curtains that were barely attached.That said, the home really is right on the beach, and the view from the bedrooms is breathtaking, even though the curtains don’t block much light in the morning. It’s worth noting for future guests that if you’re staying in the off-season, linens and towels must be rented separately, and it’s not cheap. You’ll also need to bring or rent beach gear, as there are no chairs, umbrellas, or toys provided. Rentals for those items are also quite pricey.The home itself is somewhat dated, with worn furniture and finishes, but has a solid layout and amazing beachfront access.If it weren’t for the issues we encountered, we would gladly recommend this property. It has a lot of potential, especially with a few updates and more consistent maintenance.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for the 15 of us. Clean and spacious! Only suggestion would be to put blackout drapes in bedrooms lol. 5:45 sunrises woke me up every morning and while I do enjoy the sunrise it’s early !!
