Excellent home and location

The home was clean, large and as expected. Beautiful location, right on the beach. So many huge porches to spend quality time outside. Kitchen was exceptionally large, with duplicate ovens, dishwashers, sinks, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home.

We’ll Be Back!

This was our first trip to the outer banks and with 12 adults and 7 kids all under the age of 3, the house was perfect. Plenty of room, entertainment and comfort for everyone. We specifically wanted a less touristy area for privacy and Avon (and this house) delivered. Definitely will be back!

vacation review

The house was beautiful and the kitchen was perfect. The listing said 2 washer and dryers but it only had 1 washer and dryer. The floor on the top floor in front of the deck needs repaired and one of the bedrooms outside doors didn't lock. The street has big pot holes that need patched or repaved. overall we had a wonderful time.
