"The service in the restaurant, Betts, was amazing. The check in was smooth. The accessories in the room were falling apart, i.e. trash can and tissue box holder chipping, outlets too loose to hold electric plug, usb ports not working. The worst part was the tv kept glitching while we were watching a very expensive movie we bought. The tv would just randomly and intermittently change channels and I would have to restart the tv and go back to the movie. "

"The pool was a little murky. The water was warm, but it looked like it needed to be cleaned. The rooms were fine no issues there, but none of the ice machines worked, which was not a big deal. We just went down to the bar and got a bucket of ice. The staff were phenomenal so helpful and so friendly we went down for dinner, but the menu was pretty limited so we ended up going across the street to hecks and I had a braised beef stroganoff which was fantastic and then we did have breakfast in the hotel the next morning, which was good for what it was. "

"Loved my stay here. Perfectly located and walking distance from everything. Beautiful hotel ambience. The restaurant food selection could improve, better yet simplify. Food was delicious but the sophisticated menu didn't match the pallet of the common guest. I had 10 people in my group and only 3 enjoyed their meal. I also believe you need a spa on site to complete the ambience."

"But this hotel was a baseball Lover's Dream. It is barely on the same back as Progressive Field. With a parking lot attached to the hotel for safe keeping. The room was beautifully designed enough for four people easy. But the true best part is it is a 5-minute walk directly to the stadium. And it was cold the day we were there so a warm hotel lobby was welcoming."
