"The hotel is located at Sannomiya Station and offers excellent transportation access (near JR Sannomiya Station, the Kobe Municipal Subway Seishin Line, and the Hanshin Electric Railway). Travelers arriving on the JR Shinkansen are right at the hotel upon arrival. The hotel is directly connected to the underground shopping arcade, which links to major shopping centers, food courts, and supermarkets. Nearby establishments stay open late (izakayas, Starbucks). However, the air conditioning in the rooms may leak when there is a significant temperature difference; please contact the front desk for assistance. The rooms are more spacious than those in typical business hotels, with enough room to fully open a 28-inch suitcase."

"Beautiful high end hotel, well maintained, well located just 2min covered walk to the train station (portliner going downtown), 2min to the convention centers. Also has a free shuttle going downtown 3 or 4 times per hour. Several restaurants onsite, immense lobby. I didn't have time to go to gym nor pools. Also just a few train stations away from Kobe Airport. Will definitely stay there again if I go to Kobe."
