“Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf……

“I found it somewhat hidden to find but too difficult. Joao was amazing to speak with. Always pleasant, patient and kind. Extremely helpful with all my questions. The cleaning staff came in half way through oour visit, which was nice to see. Giving us fresh towels and new bedding. The ladies were incredibly efficient. The house was clean and spacious. Bedrooms in the lower half was different from what we’re accustomed to. The walking up and down the steps, kept us in shape and helped……

“Nous avions le logement « Pico Terrace view ». Il s’agit du petit chalet. Celui-ci est charmant avec une vue magnifique. Le lit est très confortable. Le canapé lit nous a convenu. La salle de bain (douche) comprend tout ce qu’il faut (savon, sèche-cheveux, serviettes…). Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner: huile, vinaigre, sel… Des dosettes de café et du thé sont également à disposition. L’ensemble du logement est d’une propreté remarquable et de très bon goût.
