Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). "

We also brought our own iron and ironing board. My husband needed it to press his work shirts. Just make sure you bring these things if needed or maybe they will have. "
