Seaview Cottage | East Ruston Cottages

10/10 Excellent

"We booked Seaview Cottage as a last minute seaside break. The quiet location was SPOT-ON for a reactive rescue, the garden was VERY SECURE (an absolute must) and the beach within walking distance. I've looked at this lovely cottage many times before however with just 2 of us and Mr. Erik, 4 bedrooms was much more than we needed, it was a very special treat and the late availability discount, on this occasion, made it possible!! The Cottage is well kept and very comfortable, the Kitchen (for a holiday let) was well equipped, most definitely a 'home from home' experience. As a 'Welcome Gift' Leonnie the Cottage Owner left the most AMAZING and delicious homemade cheesecake in the fridge for us to enjoy which was much appreciated and a lovely pudding for a couple of days! The weather was kind to us and the cottage VERY comfortable and relaxing, Mr. Erik had no trouble chilling that's for sure! And last but not least, the dog shower really made our holiday as I was able to give Mr. Erik his FIRST proper warm shower in 18 months which he both accepted and ENJOYED having previously been very scared of being bathed in the normal way!! Would have NO hesitation in recommending East Ruston Cottages and have done so many times before, Seaview Cottage gets 5 Stars from us and just PAWfect too! Thank you for a lovely stay, just what we all needed!"

"Lovely holiday chalet in a quiet location and a stones throw from the beautiful beach. The welcome packs are greatly appreciated, so you can have a cuppa and biscuit as soon as you arrive, and then wash up with the cleaning supplies provided! Ideally placed for visiting Wroxham and Norwich as well as the coast. The only minor negatives are the worn sofa that you sink into and the unmade road to get to the site. But these wouldnâ€™t put us off stopping again."
