“The property itself is fantastic. Great location inside the gates at punta mita, access to golf and other resort amenities (including beach clubs), and we liked that it’s very close to town if you want to go to shops or dining outside the gates.For us, there were some challenging logistics as we traveled with our 5 children (the youngest being 5 months). You really need a golf cart to enjoy punta mita and this property does not come with one. I found it very stressful to have to deal with that……

“This condominium unit is very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The very large deck has a great view of the three pools and on beyond the palm trees to the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Maura, the host, is very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed walking the beach almost every morning in both directions and the pools were wonderful to swim in. This year we found a lot more great restaurants within walking distance to go to for dinner. A new one in particular that we really enjoyed……

“We had a great stay. We loved sitting on the spacious balcony having breakfast in the morning watching for the resident iguanas. The staff worked constantly and everything was nice and clean around the resort. The only thing I would request is a new nonstick pan. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can return next year. ”

“Seamless airport pick up, check in and communication. Nicely appointed large condo with lots of shade and deck infinity pool. Nice golf cart for use. While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. The entire coastline has been privatized, and you cannot simply walk to any of the surf breaks. You can access El Faro from Sufi, the only place you wont have to pay to access. Long……

“Full service experience, everything was fantastic ”

“This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinky’s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall we’re pleased with the furnishings. Walking distance to many restaurants and taco stands. Easy parking……

The best part was the amazing concierge Eli who was so helpful with everything from finding the charger for the remote control to booking spa appointments. Great location, great property, great service. We can't wait to go back!!”

“This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. ”
