"No terrace/balcony as the online room description implied for all rooms, but otherwise excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were outstanding even during a lock down! Plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel to visit with other guests or to spend time alone. Pool area was relaxing and friendly."

"We had a wonderful time in the condo. There were a few small hiccups in the beginning and Susana was incredibly responsive and everything was resolved quickly. It was incredible having the pool and the beach right down our steps. For northerners like ourselves, please note there is an air conditioner in each bedroom but not the main part of the house. "The balcony and its view are what make this condo amazing!! Playa Royale is a great complex! The restaurant has great, well priced food and drink. The pool is a great temperature (just an FYI you do not have access to the poop directly in front of the unit but that’s ok because the large pool is way better and open later! There are numerous restaurants that are a short walk away and the grocery store in the mall is a must have. Thanks for the great stay!"
