「The host (Maura) was very attentive and accommodating. I suggested the addition of a kettle in the kitchen and she immediately offered to send one over. Cleanliness was very good, but with a bit of room for improvement (interior of microwave that I scrubbed myself). Its a beautiful property with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. I would be willing to stay there again. 」

While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. 「This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinky’s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall we’re pleased with the furnishings. 「This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. 」
