“We spent 2 nights here, Tony and Maria were amazing. Tony got us our golf cart dropped off right downstairs at our front door. Had plenty of recommendations of where to eat. Anything we needed he had us covered. Thank you so much. The property was flawless, great shower and bathroom. Ac was super cold. Beds were comfy. We will be back with even more family. Thank you !”

“Enjoyed our week at Jen and Ed’s condo. It’s on the second floor in a 6-unit building. According to others we spoke with it’s the nicest unit in the building. It has 2 good size bedrooms. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Tons of towels. Fast wi-fi. We had an issue with the door lock battery dying but a quick call to Nancy (manager) brought a key and new batteries. Jen is very prompt at returning messages and so easy to deal with. Location is great and we would stay here again!”

“Property was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. Unit needs maintenance. Wasn't able to get check in information until the day before. Entry door handle was broken when we arrived texted the manager but was never fixed. Bathroom sink was broken, also never fixed”

“The property was quite nice and in a good location, it was minimally furnished and not well equipped for cooking dinners. The management company, NAYA homes was not cooperative when we had a power outage due to an unpaid bill. We had to find our own hotel at night and lost all our refrigerated food. They felt they did enough reimbursing us 2 nights but ultimately we had to move to another property that they managed as well. It was not a new and clean building and did not have the amenities we……

“Host was very communicative, with updates and excellent instructions for arrival. The views are amazing, with unobstructed sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms are on the first floor and the top floor is very open with a great cross breeze. The beds are quite comfortable with separate cooling controls for each bedroom. The 2 rooms with king beds have access to the balcony.A couple of things to be aware of. The building has a total of 18 units and I believe that this is the only one that is……

“Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Jesus was fantastic as the concierge taking care of all logistics and reservations, and Grecia’s breakfasts were a 10/10 and she kept the place immaculately clean. Tau is a great complex in terms of being new and in a central location. Love that the fitness center is directly across from the unit as well (and was perfectly adequate—several treadmills & elliptical machines, 2 bikes, and free weights) so we never needed to go to the main Punta Mita……

“We had an incredible stay at Cheryl’s La Cruz home! Cheryl is absolutely amazing with communication—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and full of great suggestions for boating- (booked with Antonio for a private day of whale watching—best day ever!), restaurants (tried almost all of her suggestions and none disappoint) and anything else you might need during your stay, she’s got you!The condo itself is outstanding. It’s beautifully appointed, packed with amenities, and thoughtfully stocked……
