“Everything around the property was top notch. Close to the beach and close to public transportation. One thing to improve is to state in the listing that personal info such as drivers license will be requested to get a QR code in order to check-in. By the way, turns out we were not even asked to provide the QR code... ”

“The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). We had our meals outside at walking distance and if you need groceries (large supermarket) it’s 15-20 minutes walk (or people rent bikes/golf cart). We were able to park our car by the……

“We had a wonderful time in the condo. There were a few small hiccups in the beginning and Susana was incredibly responsive and everything was resolved quickly. It was incredible having the pool and the beach right down our steps. For northerners like ourselves, please note there is an air conditioner in each bedroom but not the main part of the house. “Fabulous location stayed here for two weeks. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Nice having a condo on the ground floor no elevators or stairs to deal with. What a fabulous deck very large if traveling with children it would be perfect play area. The condo definitely could use an update. The kitchen was not equipped with any tea towels, oven mitts, aluminum foil or plastic wrap, or laundry soap. The bedroom pillows were not very comfortable. The wifi was very spotty. ”

“Great location, beautiful beach and walking path, close to many good restaurants. The condo is dated and needs some updates.The balcony is large and has an amazing view of the ocean. Unfortunately, if you wanted a seat at the pool or on the beach, you had to go and put towels on chairs by 6:00am. ”

“Very nice condo and great host. We walked to the Grand Mayan each day by entering at the Sea Garden and walking the beach, then took a taxi home at night. Very close to the Vidanta property but Apple and Google maps do not show the private roads which are blocked off. So arrange transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!”
