"The property was very nice and well maintained. Rooms were a great size, bathroom / shower big, bed very comfortable and stayed cool as long as you kept the curtains closed during the day and the room key in the slot. Pool area was good sized, lots of chairs / umbrellas and wait staff was awesome. We could not get in the ocean due to passing hurricanes. But there are lots of chairs and umbrellas on the beach to use. The only frustration was we were told we did not need reservations for the restaurants, except for the steakhouse. However, not correct..we could not get into the Asian restaurant due to the "Elite" customers getting top priority. They have their own restaurant that we did not have access too and it was frustrating that they took priority in all of them. The buffet was one of the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, it is a great resort. And we will definitely stay there again."

"The resort overall was excellent. The staff was attentive, and since it was off-season, we never had to wait for service or for beach chairs, etc. The hospitality was very good. We enjoyed our stay, but our room on the second floor left all of our clothes smelling musty. The smell was so strong that we asked the concierge to have someone spray it twice during our four-day stay . They had a vinegar spray prepared to apply on the rugs and other places, which told me that it was a common problem."
