Minuses: sterile, uncomfortable, and minimal decor, drilling sounds from work being done, terrace looks out on a parking lot and is below an overpass, front desk staff are unpleasant, reading lamp by bed not functional, walls thin - could hear baby screaming in next room」

「Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc.
The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty.
The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears.
Great location except beach is...
