Take a seat and enjoy the sunset on the Intracoastal Waterway from your own backyard, or relax at the pristine Bal Harbour Beach with complimentary chairs and umbrellas waiting for you.

Fully furnished, this unit features a King size Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two full-size beds, spacious living/dining area, fully equipped open kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer,
Take a bike ride on the boardwalk with a Beach Haus bicycle ready for you or relax by the ocean with complimentary beach service with chairs and umbrellas.
