「The most welcoming and efficient check in process I ever seen!! Room was delightful, large, and appointed with personalised care. The breakfast was made to order and delivered with wonderful hospitality. Checkout was just handing the key back - oh and the minibar was complimentary. Genuinely a wonderful experience.」

「The reception is open 24/7 which was helpful when our ferry arrived at 5.30am. It's right on the promonade so lovely for views and walking. 」

「A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.」

「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」

「Warm welcome, enjoyed delicious breakfast and nice chat with owners each morning. Facilities in good condition and well maintained. Decorated intentionally making guests a home stay feel. Near bus stop and promenade, also walkable distance to main streets and dock. To nitpick, there’s creaky sound walking on the wooden floor.」
