「We were in a sea view room and it was very tired and ready for a refurb very disappointing was the towels hadn’t been changed or the bathroom bin emptied

「The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.」
「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」
