"We spent 4 nights in a suite room here and everything was perfect. It is a small boutique resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with two sinks, a large bath and comfortable beds with luxury linen. Our room was very quiet at night. The pool is small but lovely and we could always get a sun lounge. The restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast had a good range to choose from. Sri Ratih is a peaceful oasis close to the centre of Ubud. I would return."

"Absolutely everything was world class! Right from check in the staff were friendly and helpful, and genuinely wanted to make your stay great. The room was perfectly clean when we arrived, and they offered daily cleans and a turn down service in the evenings. They even left a flower petal happy birthday message on my birthday! From breakfast to Tapenyaki tasting menus the food was 5 star, breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, the Copper dinner restaurant was stunning, and the lunch menu at the pool was amazing. Even room service was tasty and speedy! The hotel itself is such a luxury, with thick jungle style foliage lining the path to the rooms, and from the Canopy Suites it’s thick enough to not be able to really see the path beneath so it all feels very private. The rooms are well maintained and beautifully decorated. And the infinity pool has the most amazing view. I truly cannot fault this property and would recommend it to anybody. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This property is beautifully presented and the staff courteous and professional. Wi-Fi works, staff maintain villas and gardens beautifully. Staff not too intrusive. Pick-up from airport perfect and arranged at last minute. The breakfast was for my rate included and quite large. The evening roast duck was excellent. A short complimentary 15 minute massage was ok, didn’t try wider on site spa. (Lots of other providers very locally but didn’t get to try). My main issue was that the complex - which is small - a number of 2 storey and one 3 storey with a penthouse with magnificent local view, beautifully landscaped mature gardens, a central pool surrounded by loungers - is spoiled by being directly adjacent to a central busy single congested road between Denpasar and Ubud so modified scooter exhaust noise to early hours, also some music from a nearby bar restaurant, cockerel through the night (probably meaning they are disturbed too!) and building work on site during the day whilst I was there. Room air con was cold and smelled of that AC odour in 1 of lower down rooms so aLao affected sleep but staff kindly moved my room and did best to resolve the issue. So in appearance a highly photogenic idyllic retreat (as advertised) but for me spoilt and plagued by a cacophony of local noise which following a long haul flight of 17 hours or so in the air and coming from a very busy job which involves a lot of travelling reduced the appeal. It is central if you want walk to shop, museum"

"Overall, I had an excellent stay here. I would definitely recommend it. I did have a pool room, which was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which has nothing to do with the hotel. I used the dining area as well as the bar area, and both were excellent with service. Ran into a couple issues with the morning walk that they advertised, but other than that, it was great experience."

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and a sense of tranquility, Ibah offers a unique blend of comfort, culture, and hospitality. We would highly recommend Ibah Hotel to anyone visiting Ubud and look forward to returning in the future."

"Fantastic location next to the water palace. Breakfast: A nice 3 course daily breakfast was served in the Lotus Cafe, which has views of the water palace. Different style set menu options available including Indonesian, English, American, and vegan. Water Palace: Guests at the hotel receive complementary access to the water palace and can see the evening show (7:30pm) from the restaurant. However, you will get a better view if you attend the show. Massage: We received complementary 30min massage and extended to 1hr which was totally worth it. Activities: The hotel also has a range of complementary daily activities for guests, from morning yoga to afternoon calligraphy and mini Balinese language class. We also did the incense making which was complementary for longer stays, the experience was lovely. The instructor and assistant, were both very friendly and patient. Truly tranquil experience. Room: Our room was one of the royal rooms, which had a separate shower to the big bathtub. Shower was enclosed, covered outdoors which was a novelty. The bathroom wasn't fully soundproof from next doors' bathroom but that didn't bother us. Door was a little creaky, however it adds character. Room had good air conditioning and space. Filtered bottled water for making tea/coffee and brushing teeth were provided daily. Staff: Very friendly, smiley and helpful. Lovely service Highly recommend staying here"
