“服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”

“What a wonderful stay! Wayan and Kadek are very gracious hosts and very helpful in coordinating tours or making recommendations. The breakfasts were fantastic, probably the best we have ever had at a bed and breakfast, and the view from the rooftop deck where breakfast was served was beautiful and peaceful as well. The temple right next door had a fun dance show and often had music and drums playing at night as a nice backdrop to the stay. The location itself is very convenient to the town and……

“well, extremely convenience to Ubud city center...... the hotel provides free shuttle service between hotel and Ubud city center til 10pm....... just simply give them a call n tell them where you are, the hotel shuttle bus goes to the location to pick you up....... btw, we enjoy the outdoor showers in room 202, and 203. they.......the access between two rooms is also great........ if you travel with kids, the sofa hotel provides in the room solving the problem of extra beds for……

Staff are extremely polite and helpful. My friend observes keto diet and they made every effort to help getting my friend the right food.”
