“I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

“房間乾淨度：房間很髒，有很多小動物：老鼠，青蛙，壁虎。要求換了兩次房才勉強住下。綿被有黃漬，血漬。住四晚都沒有換。飯店距離離市區實在太遠（1小時距離），附近很偏僻。根本不可能靠走的出去。後來老闆覺得不好意思才免費提供飯店車帶我們去Kuta市區。”

Love the sliding doors and the AMAZING pool. The outdoor kitchen to pool was THE BEST PART. I love this villa so much it was the best part of my trip!!! Will be back!!”

“Der Preis ist sehr günstig und das hat seinen Grund. Ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Mitarbeiter (nennen wir ihn Made) kann zwar vieles gut machen, aber längst nicht alles retten. Die Lage ist nicht unbedingt traumhaft, aber man ist nicht weit von Meer und Reisfeldern entfernt. Die gesamte Anlage erinnert an die Mangelverwaltung im früheren Osten: Es wird nichts ersetzt sondern lediglich funktionsfähig gehalten -mehr schlecht als recht, aber für den Preis ist es akzeptabel.”

“I requested to have my breakfast delivered at a specific time, but it was brought earlier. I was still sleeping and they woke me up. Also, they don’t speak English, so it was very difficult to communicate.”

“This is the one in Sanur Bali Indonesia. Terrible place. I end up leaving. Nobody speal English. Somebody on the phone who speal Englich with forst question. How much you pay..i book thru expedia. That guy said they no longer deal with expedia. He wants me to book direct to him. Dey let me use the room but the AC not working. I was asking the guy to look at it. And fix it. They want me to just open the door. Several guys in the property who look like dey are just drinking. This property should……
