“This home is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with my 20 something niece and nephew for 5 days and 4 nights. We talked well into the early mornings in the living room and had breakfast before we dashed off to our events, on the kitchen counter. There is a large dining table for 8 but my niece and I cleared it off and used it as our sewing center. There was a Coffee machine, hot pot, coffees to use in said machines, frozen waffles and burritos for a quick……

“It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner”

“This was an unusual property. It was billed as a tree house but it wasn’t a tree house. Everything looked good but there were a lot of oddities, for instance the shower fixtures were plumbed backwards so you got scalded when you turned it to cold. The foundation is sinking on one side so doors don’t open or close correctly. The couches looked good but we’re very uncomfortable. It was very warm but the air conditioning was locked off. We still had a good time and I liked having the river flowing……

“Overall it was a very clean and big house. I love the back patio and you can just relax with your family. They even thought about baby safety. That is awesome. I would definitely stay again for my next visit”

“The house was comfortable, clean, neat, clutter free, and well stocked with everything a family of 7 would need from kitchen items to ample towels, to board games. The Keurig was a bonus! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants close by. Jerry was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I accidently left something and it was mailed to me right away. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit. Mahalo Jerry for a wonderful stay!”
