「Nearly £500 a night, but a complete lack of hospitality We stayed for one night at Hotel Eilean Iarmain, paying £496.57 for our suite and breakfast. While the setting is beautiful, the service and management response were completely unacceptable for a hotel at this luxury price point. At dinner (which was not included in the room rate), my wife's bread for her bouillabaisse was served burnt. By the time it was replaced she had finished the dish, had she waited it would have gone completely...

「We just loved our stay at the House of Juniper. Great calm atmosphere, beautifully appointed room and every staff member we came across was warm and welcoming. The breakfast had many wonderful options and was included in our stay. It is obvious that the staff are fully engaged in making this a special place!」

Cons: The bed sagged, you could hear people walking above you and the noise from the neighboring tv. Pros: it was clean, they had nice linens, and the staff were very friendly. Their restaurant was very good. Breakfast at the hotel had many options, however they were reluctant to refill after the tour bus left. Way too pricey for what we got. 」

We were greeted on arrival. The pod was meticulously clean and really lovely! Bathroom with shower, microwave, milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Clean bedding, towels, tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid. Crockery in the cupboards. The decking had a table and two chairs and looked over the most spectacular...
