“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Super clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were particularly welcoming, as were the ladies on reception. We stayed for 4 nights and were particularly impressed with the breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. My only inconvenience is that we didn't have milk or cream available in our fridge. I asked at reception for some and the guy wasn't too helpful. I ended up going to the shop myself to buy some. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thank……
