「Our stay at Visimo Apartments in Chur was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the charming old town with beautiful cobblestone streets. The apartment itself is newly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
We did encounter a minor issue with the sofa bed linen not being fresh, which we noticed late at night. However, the hosts responded immediately and handled the situation promptly and professionally.

「Ich habe im Voraus online alles ausgefüllt für den Check-in zum Zeit sparen am Check-in Gerät.
Leider war alles gelöscht und ich musste von mir beiden Gäste alles erneut eingeben.
Braucht einige Zeit dafür.
Als ich ankam waren alle Parkplätze besetzt. Auch das vor meiner Unterkunft. Das darf nicht passieren!
Als Tipp, neben Kafeemaschiene hat es einzelne Kaffeekapseln umd Rahm. Leider war der Rahm seit 5 Monate abgelaufen.」

「Convenient parking and great view if you're on the right side of the building. Spacious room with cooking niche. Unfortunately cleanliness needs to be improved. I had to ask for a new kettle, as it was disgusting. Didn't even mention the pot.」
