“我从来没住过一家四星级酒店可以这么陈旧不舒服，进酒店走道就一股霉味，打开房间霉味更大，好像很久没人清洁过一样，被子是潮湿的，所有设备都是破破烂烂还不少灰尘，门内还有一扇内门能通往隔壁房间，虽然锁上了，但给人不安全的感觉，厕所设备感觉非常旧和脏，国内如家七天都比它好多了，一星酒店都给多了...”

“從訂房開始就非常積極協助機場接駁以及旅遊行程安排，服務很好。 房間雖不是很新但是整理的很乾淨、冷氣很涼、熱水很熱而且水量充足，以性價比 無可挑剔。”

“It is a hotel with a great quality to price ratio. It offers mostly everything a 3 star hotel should have. I would underline some of the following positive aspects: - great cleanliness (they really do scrub and mop the floors, you can easily walk barefoot around the room without feeling dirty) - staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in true Bruneian style (as we have recently found out) - the transport service is a nice touch and will save you some dollars on Dart (the local Uber). Mind……

“Even though its only a budget hotel i salute the cleanliness of the hotel, even with the old furniture but quality wooden furniture. The staffs are friendly. I recommend for a stay at this hotel.”

“hotel room is very big and comfort. Near to the Gadong Night Market, walk distance is 5 mins”

“Room large and kept clean by housekeeping Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab. ”
