“The room was clean, had air conditioning, a large screen and glass door, refrigerator with cold water in it. It was well designed with features located in optimal locations. The attention to design extended to the grounds which had water features, including ponds and small swimming pool. It was located a block from the beach and numerous shops and restaurants.
