Property Management Liars
We rented this property based upon its deck and view. We could have selected another property in the same condos but selected this one because it had the bigger deck. The description of the property said to enjoy your private deck. The amenities listed the deck, the pictures showed a great deck. In the things to know section, there was no mention of anything being wrong.
When we arrived, we immediately noticed signs on all the deck doors saying that it is not safe, and we can't use it. The signs had been up since October of 2023. Not a single mention of this was listed on the vrbo listing. I contacted the "host", they said someone would contact me the next day. I got a call from Allison the following day, she chatted about the weather and insinuated that nobody would really be out on the deck unless it was to smoke, that is insulting. She offered a 20% refund. We won't accept that. It is not right that this host company gets to lie about their listings, and nothing happens. You would not have gotten any of our money if your listing was honest, why should you get to keep 80% of it.
Allison then went on to message me "sorry that when you booked you did not see that the balcony had been closed". Thats even more insulting. You know i took screenshots of the listing showing you that you are wrong. Once again, you're lying.
It would be great to see vrbo step in here. Allison and VCI real estate services should not be allowed on vrbo. No morals, just lies.
