“Technically a few miles outside Munising but still convenient to everything. The hotel is well maintained and clean with nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms so if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground floor room ahead of time. Morning breakfast area is very nice and you won’t go hungry! Staff is pleasant and very accommodating! Our go-to stay when visiting the part of the Michigan U.P.!”

“I really liked this hotel. I was a little skeptical at first cuz of how small the room I got was but it was actually a decent room. The staff was really nice and helpful any time I went up to ask a question and they were also really understanding when I apologized for staining a pillow case with my dyed hair. “Throw back to the classic motels. Right near all the waterfalls and Pictured Rocks. Basic room with a view and a door to the lakeside. Room was clean, continental breakfast was fine, something to get started each day and the coffee was great. Bathroom was clean but will need some updating soon. Desk staff was polite and helpful. “I love the room and the breakfast snacks! I appreciate that they actually served freshly cut fruits for breakfast. Most hotels just proved sad orange, banana and apples. Here, we got freshly-cur berries.
