“very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. They have confirmed reservation system is wrong, but we still insist on not offer breakfast and dinner. Originally been planned good trip all been disrupted. Travel to the area, the……

“An excellent apartment with good quality features. Laundry on site. Excellent staff. Super location to visit the old town. Tricky drive in to unload, then packed the car for the rest of our stay.”

“This was a great place near (walking distance from) the city town of Jerez. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and the front desk representative was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 stars was because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to input all our information and guest passport information which was a bit much since we were a large group and had rented two rooms prior to……

“Excellent.”

“Apartments were spotlessly clean with adequate facilities. Friendly reception staff. Lovely pool area and roof top bar was an added bonus. Only criticism was no safe in the apartment. Ideal position for everything in the Centre”

“Very nice tidy accommodation🙂 Very friendly staff and close to many restaurants and bars, attractions etc”

“Clean room, w A/c if needed, and had everything for the stay. The Staff was spot on, assisting through WhatsApp and reaching out ahead to ensure all questions were answered. Parking is best done with this hotel and is a short walk, but nothing too crazy. Overall stay was amazing.”
